Farewell to a genius

On 5th of october 2011, Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple Inc breathed his last. He was suffering from Pancreatic Cancer. Steve Jobs was a technocrat. But more so, he was an innovetor, a visionery, and a genius. Although born of Syrian father and american mother, he was adopted by an American couple. He dropped out of college at the age of 19 and started Apple inc with Steve Wozniak. In the year 1984, he launched Apple Macintosh, which was at that time a Graphical User interface and used a pointer based input. Starting from Apple II series of computer to iPad 2, he never stopped innovating. Although he founded Apple Inc, his own company expelled him in 1985.

In the year 1997 he was brought back into Apple as CEO. Throughout his career he strived to maintain the highest standard for product from Apple inc. He was the person who has done or has been personally involved in most dramatic innovations in recent history.

His products maintained the same high standard all thru the time.

He shook the world of telephony with iPhone 3, which created huge sensation . Phones were not simply phones any more. It was a smart device.

I personally hold him in very high regard for his ability to define future. He was the main force behind introduction of Personal computers, and he was the man who helped make it become irrelevant by introducing ipad in 2009.
